This project is based on Marshall McLuhan's "Medium is the Message." McLuhan's ideology consists of the medium itself is shaped and controlled by human association. The "medium" is understood in a broad sense in that it is the message itself. and that the "content of any medium is always another medium." I decided to chose the camera to represent this medium. The way we perceive information has changed overtime with documentation and the message of the camera is the transition from analog to a digital. Apertures are used as a graphic element to help portray information from limited to substantial as the book progresses.
